How do I login to the Ticket Website?
If applicants have previously supplied an e-mail address to the Club, M.C.C. will be sending you login
details for the site. New applicants may register their details on the Home page of the Ticket Site by clicking
'Register' on the left-hand side of the screen.

How do I submit an order for inclusion in the ballot?
Once you have logged into the site, click on the 'Ballots' tab in the red bar.
This will take you to the 'Ballot Landing' screen that shows the ballot for which you are entitled to enter.
By clicking on the relevant ballot, applicants can then select the day required from the 'Ballot Events' page.
Applicants will then be asked to select the 'Section Price Band' they would like to submit an order for and the
number of tickets required on the 'Ballot Section' page. From the 'Summary' page, applicants are asked to check
their order thoroughly before pressing the 'Submit' button, which will then prompt the applicant to complete
their credit or debit card details. Once the order is submitted applicants will see the 'Ballot Entry Confirmation' screen, at this point an e-mail will be sent confirming the details of your ballot request.

In the ballot may I apply for tickets for more than one match day in a single order?
Yes. Applicants may apply for as many days as they wish. From the 'Summary' page applicants need to press the
'Choose Another Event' button which navigates you back to the list of events and repeat the process for entering the
request for that day. However, applicants should be aware that success in the ballots for the various match days is
not guaranteed.

In the ballot may I apply for Under 16s tickets?
Yes. Once you have selected the match day required and the section required, applicants may select Adults
and Under 16 tickets, but the total number of tickets must not exceed the ballot entry amount. Applicants
will be prompted if order exceeds the number of tickets allowed for that specific day.

In the ballot may I choose a specific stand?
Members of M.C.C. for the Members' Friends' Enclosures ballot may place these relevant stands in an order
of preference. Applicants for the General Public ballot may only select the 'Section Price Band' and not a
specific stand. Details of the 'Bands' may be found by clicking on the 'Map Thumbnail' at the top of the
'Ballot Section' page.

When M.C.C. conducts the ballot, am I limited to the Seating Band I've selected?
Yes. Subject to the result of the ballot, M.C.C. will only allocate seats to you for the
Seating Band selected. Applicants will not be cascaded from one band to another, for instance going from
'Band B' down to 'Band C' as an example.

In the ballot am I guaranteed the tickets I've requested?
Success in the ballot is not guaranteed.

If I am successful in the ballot, will the tickets allocated to me be seated together?
Yes. For an individual applicants order, M.C.C. will allocate the seats requested together.

What should I do if I wish to amend my submitted ballot request a specific day?
An applicant may amend their submit order by login back into the Ticket site. Select the ballot,
then on the 'Ballot Event' screen a green tick will against a day previously submitted, click on the day and
amend the tickets requested and re-submit quoting card details again. Please note the full process needs to be
completed for the amendments to the order to be received by M.C.C. Applicants are also asked to note that the
'Summary' page will always show the full list of the applicants requests including any previously submitted
orders. Pressing the 'Submit' button will overwrite any previously submitted requests. An e-mail will be sent
showing the ballot request as it then stands.

What should I do if I wish to cancel a specific day from submitted ballot request?
An applicant may cancel a specific day from their submitted order by login back into the Ticket site.
Select the ballot, then on the 'Ballot Event' page click on the 'Summary' button, then against the relevant
day is a red cross, clicking it removes the request for that specific request. The order must then be
re-submitted quoting card details again so the cancellation is registered with the M.C.C.
Applicants are also asked to note that the 'Summary' page will always show the full list of the applicant's
requests including any previously submitted orders. Pressing the 'Submit' button will overwrite any
previously submitted requests. An e-mail will be sent showing the ballot request as it then stands

I wish to add another day to an already submitted ballot request?
An applicant may add another day to their submit order by login back into the Ticket site.
Select the ballot, then, on the 'Ballot Event' screen choose the day you wish to be included in the ballot
for and enter the number of tickets required before pressing the 'Summary' button. The order must then be
re-submitted quoting card details again so the application is registered with the M.C.C. Applicants are also
asked to note that the 'Summary' page will always show the full list of the applicant's requests including
any previously submitted orders. Pressing the 'Submit' button will overwrite any previously submitted requests.
An e-mail will be sent showing the ballot request as it then stands

When will I know if my application has been successful in the ballot?
Applicants, who have submitted an e-mail address to the Club,
will be notified of the outcome to their ballot application by e-mail shortly after ballot closing date.

If my friends and I submit separate orders, how do we get allocated seats together?
M.C.C. is unable accommodate requests for seats together from multiple applicants.
The ballot is now run electronically with no manual intervention.

If I am successful with my ballot application, will the tickets be sent out?
Yes, the tickets will be dispatched as soon as possible.

What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation e-mail?
M.C.C. asks applicants that before confirming your order please check that your e-mail address has
been correctly quoted. If the confirmation e-mail is not received, please send an e-mail to ticketing@mcc.org.uk,
quoting your name and address to enquire as whether your order has been successfully submitted. M.C.C.
will then re-send your confirmation email.

How do I purchase tickets?
If tickets are on sale to your customer group, you must first login into the Ticket Site
by using the e-mail address registered with the Club and your specific password. Once logged in
click on the 'Tickets' tab on the red bar. The list of available match days appears for you choose from.
Click the 'Match Details' button next to the relevant day to see the full ticket and pricing screen, then
press 'Buy Tickets'. Applicants then have the opportunity to select their preferred seating area from the
'Stand Availability and Pricing Options' and enter the quantity of tickets required then press 'Buy Tickets'.
The applicants 'Basket' appears detailing the tickets selected for you by the system and to purchase
these tickets click 'Checkout'. Applicants are then asked to complete their details including card number
and expiry date. An e-mail will be sent to you with details of your order.

How do I purchase ticket for Under 16s?
If tickets are on sale to your customer group, you must first login into the Ticket Site by
using the e-mail address registered with the Club and your specific password. Once logged in click
on the 'Tickets' tab on the red bar. The list of available match days appears for you choose from. Then do the following:
- Click the 'Match Details' button next to the relevant day to see the full ticket and pricing screen.
- Click 'Buy Tickets'.
- Applicants then have the opportunity to select their preferred seating area from the
'Stand Availability and Pricing Options'.
- Enter the 'Quantity' of tickets required.
- Click 'Buy Tickets'.
- M.C.C. advises applicants to, at this point in the process, select 'Adult (16-125) these can be altered to
Under 16 (3-15)'.
- Once on the 'Basket' screen click on the drop-down box containing 'Adult (16-125) and amend
to Under 16 (3-15) next to the relevant ticket.
- Click 'Checkout' to complete the purchase.

Am I able to purchase specific seats?
No, applicants only have the opportunity to select a stand; the system will then allocate the
next available seats in that stand.

When purchasing tickets, will the seats be together?
Once you have selected the 'Stand Availability and Pricing Options' and 'Quantity', upon pressing 'Buy Tickets'
the system will allocated the next available seats together, these will be detailed in the 'Basket', however,
if the system cannot allocate you seats together the applicant will see prompt informing them that the seats
for that stand are not together. The applicant then has the choice of accepting the seats or removing them from
the basket by clicking on the red crosses next to the relevant and selecting another stand or day by pressing
'Continue Shopping' button.

When purchasing tickets will I receive a confirmation e-mail?
At the point where payment is taken, an e-mail will be sent to you detailing the transaction.

Am I able to purchase tickets for other days in a single transaction?
Once you reach the 'Basket' with your selection for a day, by clicking on the 'Continue Shopping' button this will navigate you back to the list of available events.

I wish to purchase tickets for a person who is registered disabled but not confined to a wheelchair, what is the procedure?
Applicants are asked to telephone the M.C.C. Ticket Office on 020 7432 1000.

What credit and debit cards are accepted?
M.C.C. accepts only Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards. If an applicant has their card changed
after submitting an order, please contact the M.C.C. Ticket Office. All other card types including
Solo and Electron cards are not accepted as a form of payment.
