MEMBERS' FRIENDS' ENCLOSURES BALLOT

This ballot, for this match day, is only available to Full Members of MCC.

A Member may apply for upto two Rover Tickets for their guests to use which admit to the unreserved sections of the Warner Stand Balcony and Terrace, the Tavern Stand Upper Tier, Lower Tier and Concourse as well as the Allen Stand Lower Tier.

IMPORTANT: Please note that success in the ballot for all, or part of, or any of the tickets requested for this day is not guaranteed.



GENERAL PUBLIC BALLOT

The General Public Ballot is open to all applicants.

When applying in the ballot for this day, please only select ONE of the areas and price level shown.

Should your selected area and price level be oversubscribed, and depending on the outcome of the ballot, you may be allocated an alternative stand at an equivalent or cheaper price. Please note Restricted View seats will not be allocated as an alternative should you have requested a clear view seat.

IMPORTANT: Please note that success in the ballot for this day is not guaranteed.



WHEN APPLYING FOR TICKETS

Full, Senior and Associate Members of MCC and Candidates for MCC Membership please login to this site using your existing MCC credentials. Please DO NOT re-Register as your specific allocations will not be assigned to that newly created record.

First Class County Members if you do not have an existing account with the Marylebone Cricket Club then please create an account.
First Class County Members will have to register their interest in the County Members' scheme in advance on a dedicated email address, full details of which will be despatched by your County Club.

General Public applicants are also asked to login using their existing credentials.

Brand new Public applicants must Register before purchasing tickets or entering the ballot.



TICKET AVAILABILITY AFTER THE BALLOTS HAVE BEEN CONDUCTED

Should any tickets remain available after the respective ballots have been conducted, then these will go on sale via this website on the following dates:-

Members' Friends' Enclosure tickets:
Full Members of MCC only - on sale from 10 January 2022 at 10am.

Public Stand tickets:
All applicants - on sale from 14 February 2022 at 10am.

The availability of tickets is not guaranteed.



TICKETS FOR SPECTATORS WITH DISABILITIES

WHEELCHAIR USERS

On international match days, there are nine accessible areas specifically for the use of visitors in wheelchairs and their companions. These are located in the following areas:-

      Warner Stand Terrace - Ground Level - Uncovered Area.
      Warner Stand Terrace - Rear of the Terrace - Elevated Position - Covered Area - Dress Regulations apply.
      Mound Stand Stand Lower - Ground Level - Uncovered Area.
      Grand Stand Lower Tier - Rear of the Lower Tier - Elevated Position - Covered Area.
      Compton Stand Balcony - Level 2 - Elevated Position - Covered Area.   Only available two weeks prior to the match subject to availability.
      Compton Stand Lower Tier - Ground Level - Uncovered Area.
      Compton Stand Lower Tier - Rear of the Lower Tier - Elevated Position - Covered Area.   An extremely limited number are uncovered and only available once pitch is confirmed.
      Edrich Stand Lower Tier - Ground Level - Uncovered Area.
      Edrich Stand Lower Tier - Rear of the Lower Tier - Elevated Position - Covered Area.   An extremely limited number are uncovered and only available once pitch is confirmed.

The price levels for these areas can be found in the table below. Please note the wheelchair user pays the price quoted for the selected area, however, should an assistant ticket be required, then this will be allocated free of charge.

Wheelchair area tickets will be available to purchase on a first come, first served basis to the respective applicants category from the dates and times shown above. Please note general public sales will commence at the opening of the General Public ballot. To purchase tickets in these areas please telephone the Ticket Office on 020 7432 1000. A member of the Ticket Office staff will then check the availability and assist you accordingly.


DISABLED SPECTATORS WHO ARE NOT WHEELCHAIR USERS

MCC MEMBERS - MEMBERS' FRIENDS' ENCLOSURES BALLOT

If you are Disabled Member but not a wheelchair-user, firstly your application for tickets for your guests must be made online and be entered into the ballot for:-

    Rover Ticket Unreserved Sections - Where should you require a ticket for an Assistant, you will need to initially apply for a full price Adult ticket.

Once you have received the Ballot Entry Summary email confirming your ballot entry, YOU MUST contact the Ticket Office on 020 7432 1010 and inform the Ticket Office representative of your need for an Assistant ticket, who will make a note on your ballot entry. Then, when the ballot is processed and if you are successful, the full-price Adult ticket will be converted into a free-of-charge 'Assistant' ticket.

It is imperative that you make contact with the Ticket Office informing them of your need for this ticket, otherwise the 'Assistant' ticket will be allocated as a full price Adult ticket.

Any tickets that remain available after the ballot have been conducted will go on sale from the dates shown above.

If either yourself or your guest is disabled but does not use a wheelchair, you must apply in the ballot online for the match day and section required.

If an Assistant is needed, you will need to initially apply for an Adult ticket at full price.

Once you receive the Ballot Entry Summary email confirming your ballot entry, YOU MUST contact the Ticket Office on 020 7432 1000 and inform the Ticket Office representative of your disability requirements.

Then, when the ballot is processed, and if you are successful, your requirements will be taken into consideration and the full price Adult ticket will be converted into a free-of-charge 'Assistant' ticket.

It is imperative that you make contact with the Ticket Office informing them of your disability requirements, otherwise the 'Assistant' ticket will remain as a full price Adult ticket and your specific requirements will not be logged into the ballot.

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED SALES CATEGORIES

If you are an applicant whose respective sales period is shown as First Come, First Served in the 'Application Categories' table at the top of this page, please telephone the Ticket Office on 020 7432 1000 during your relevant sales period where a member of the Ticket Office staff will discuss with you your specific requirements and proceed accordingly. Please note the disabled person will pay the relevant amount for the selected stand and price level but will also be allocated a complimentary ticket for an assistant should one be required.

THE DESPATCH OF TICKETS

All tickets will be issued as E-tickets and will be sent at the conclusion of the ticket allocation transaction.

You can use your E-Tickets electronically on your mobile device or you can bring a copy (printed on A4 white paper) to gain entry into Lord's.

Applicants are asked to ensure that their email address on their record is up to date.



REFUND POLICY

If Lord's is unable to admit spectators OR play does not take place OR play is restricted on this day, you will be entitled to receive a proportional refund of the face value of the ticket subject to there being:

(a) Non admittance of spectators OR zero to 15 overs are played with no result obtained - a full refund

(b) 15.1 overs to 30 overs played with no result obtained - a 50% refund

ADDITIONAL REFUND ARRANGEMENTS WILL APPLY IF:

    The match is to be played behind closed doors with no spectators; or
    social distancing measures are in place; or
    the original purchaser lives in an area which is subject to local lockdown restrictions; or
    the match date changes.

In no other circumstances will any money be refunded.

Unless otherwise agreed by MCC, a Ticket holder is NOT PERMITTED to return a ticket for this day.
The purchase or allocation of a Ticket is final and it is not possible subsequently to exchange or upgrade a Ticket. It is therefore essential that you apply for and/or purchase Tickets that you require as errors cannot be rectified after the application or purchase has been completed.
